Biomedical Engineering (M.E.Sc.)
All programs are thesis-driven research degrees; a combination of course-work and research. Program infrastructure is modeled after existing degrees at Western and include: • Coursework that facilitates student focus on research excellence • Choice of thesis supervisor to provide financial and personal support and research experience • Supervisory committee (interdisciplinary guidance from engineering and medicine representatives) • Thesis requirements and an examination process that will encourage students to achieve their full scientific potential.
