Building Inspection Technician

This program has been developed to assist those students that enter the design, inspection or construction industry to interpret and apply code requirements correctly. The Building Inspection Technician Program is a two-year program that includes academic, technical, and code skills. Along with a foundation of building code courses, the placement component will be an integral feature of the program. Students graduating from this program may find employment opportunities with municipalities overseeing various code compliance.
