The National University of Singapore (NUS), ranked 1st in Asia and 11th worldwide (QS Global World Ranking 2022) is Singapore’s flagship university. NUS offers a global approach to education, research, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on Asian perspectives and expertise.

We have 17 faculties across three campuses in Singapore, as well as 12 NUS Overseas Colleges across the world. Close to 40,000 students from 100 countries enrich our vibrant and diverse campus community.

The University calendar also includes a number of annual events, like Freshman Orientation, the Student Life Fair, and our most historic and iconic event: Rag and Flag, which comprises a community fundraising effort as well as a carnival replete with a parade of floats and choreographed dances.
