Certificate in Electrical Technology
The Certificate in Electrical Technology is directed towards students who want to pursue entry-level employment within electrical and electrically related trades. Aiming to teach participants how to analyze different types of power distribution systems and apply these systems in a design environment, the Certificate in Electrical Technology also teaches students how to design commercial building blueprints, project applying motors, short-circuit calculations and lighting systems according to the requirements of the National Electrical Code.
Upon completion of the Certificate in Electrical Technology students will be able to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems in a safe and workmanlike manner.
Once you have completed Certificate in Electrical Technology you will be allowed to register to take the Electrician’s Certification Exam.
