The Masters in Labour Sciences and Industrial Relations aims to qualify its students as specialists capable of research, consulting and intervention in the field of labour and industrial relations.

The course thus offers an education that is both academic and instrumental, seeking to develop skills applicable to scientific research and management at various social, organizational, and policy levels: labour conflict management, human resources management, trade union management, labour relations consulting, etc.

With its interdisciplinary character, this course provides in-depth knowledge in the fields of Labour Sciences and Industrial Relations. Its study plan includes classes in Sociology, Law, and Labour and Business Economics. The thematic fields of the course, namely Industrial Relations, Business Policy and Social Secuity, are approached from a comparative international and European perspective.

The MSc in Labour Sciences and Industrial Relations is also integrated into the European Masters in Labour Studies, a university network of the most important European centres of study and education in this field. This integration enables academic exchange and lectures by visiting faculty members from other institutions in the network. The students of this course also have the option of attending the second semester of this programme in one of the other universities that are part of the network. The students that choose to do so will receive the certificate of "European Masters in Labour Sciences".
