Harnessing the latest technologies and industry expertise, Glasgow Caledonian University aims to unlock talent and equip our students with the skills to enable them to succeed in an increasingly competitive workplace.

We work with the Students’ Association to develop our students through the Student Leaders Programme, and, through our international partners in China, Oman and other countries, we facilitate academic and research links and international staff and student exchanges.

GCU is a leader in widening access and combines our Scottish heritage with a global outlook. We have a platinum-award winning eco-friendly campus (EcoCampus, 2019) and have recently been named as the top university in Scotland for sustainability (People and Planet University League, 2019).

GCU is home to leading research centres, international campuses and partnerships, as well as the Institute for University to Business Education. It has five academic schools: Glasgow School for Business and Society, School of Engineering and Built Environment; School of Health and Life Sciences; GCU New York and Glasgow Caledonian University London. The London campus based in Spitalfields, is also home to the British School of Fashion and British School of Leadership and Management.
