Master Micro and Nano systems
Products and systems are becoming increasingly complex, involving key technologies from multiple engineering disciplines. The Master of Science in Micro and Nano systems offers an interdisciplinary education including courses from mechanical and electrical engineering, materials science, as well as physics, chemistry and computational science. This joint Master's program is offered by the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering (D-MAVT) in cooperation with the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (D-ITET).
