The Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) is an Australian college dedicated to engineering education and training, with 4000+ students based nationally and internationally. Established in 1995, and known for its innovative approach to online learning, EIT now also has a growing physical presence in its Perth and Melbourne campuses. Students are enrolled in a range of courses, from diplomas and advanced diplomas, through to bachelor's and master's degrees, and a Doctor of Engineering.

EIT provides both vocational education (registered provider - RTO Provider Number 51971) and higher education. EIT’s degree programs are regulated and endorsed by the Australian Government’s Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) (#PRV14008), and EIT is a recognized CRICOS Provider (#03567C).

Many of the qualifications offered by EIT are also endorsed by Engineers Australia. As a signatory to the International Engineering Accords, these qualifications are automatically recognized in a number of overseas jurisdictions. In 2020 and 2021 EIT ranked #1 for overall undergraduate student experience, and #2 for overall postgraduate student experience, in the Australian Government’s annual QILT Student Experience Surveys. When compared with engineering faculties in Australia’s largest and most established universities, EIT excels.

EIT has won many prestigious awards, including the International Education and Training Award, at the 59th Australian Export Awards, in November 2021.
