I am presently in my 3rdyear of B. tech (electronics and communication) from India. After my B. tech I want to do an M.S. in a related subject from a reputed university abroad. Please guide me about admission process, eligibility criteria, tests, list of courses, institutions, estimated costs, scholarships, etc.
